Inter Milan has started searching for two young players in Germany to strengthen its defence. The club has kept Finn Gelts and Chris Richards as its priority. Finn Gelts, born 2006, of German club Stuttgart is being closely watched by scouts from Inter. He is a versatile player, who can play both as a central and right-back in a three-man line. Inter's management team will get the chance to see him again in the Champions League in November.

At the same time, Chris Richards, who is currently playing at Crystal Palace, is also on Inter's radar. The 26-year-old American is technically flexible and his contract expires in 2027, giving Inter the opportunity to make a potential deal to buy him.

Along with this, Inter management has also started paying attention to the matters of contract renewal. The contracts of Carolus Augusto and Hakan Calhanoğlu are under discussion. Augusto, who is tied to Inter until 2028, has had his agent indicate he will ask for a salary increase. On the other hand, Chalanoğlu's contract expires in 2027, and the club want to offer him a new contract, which will include performance-based bonuses rather than a permanent salary.

Juventus are also active in Germany, where they are targeting young goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani. Furthermore, he has also monitored Michael Kayode, who is currently at Bentford. Juventus have also focused on Cagliari's Alessandro Romano and Sassuolo's Luca Lipani.

Youngster Samuel Inacio, who moved from Borussia Dortmund, is also interested in both Serie A giants. Juventus have also kept Guilliomo Vicario on their radar, who has been brought on loan from Tottenham. This young goalkeeper has succeeded in creating a permanent place for himself with his performances.

Amidst all this, there could also be a competition between Inter and Juventus, especially when it comes to young talent. It is clear that these Serie A giants are constantly striving to strengthen their teams.

What will happen next
